How to cancel a booking

In order to cancel your reservation, you must follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are logged in.
2. In the menu, click on my stuff this will take you to reservation list.
3. Once you have identified your reservation, click view details.
4. You will see a button labeled as cancel reservation. Click on it and a pop-up window will appear with a text box. (This button will not be displayed for past dates).
5. Enter the reason for the cancellation and click Yes.
